a manual pump that usually used for cab tilting mechanism of heavy-duty truck and provide pressure oil for hydraulic cylinder and  hydraulic lock.

Operating medium is No.20 or No.30 machinery oil, and it will be changed into YH-10 air hydraulic oil when used in temperature -10 environment.
